Necessary products:
Water: 300ml.
Egg: 1 pcs.
Appetito Margarine Universal 72%: 60 gr.
Flour: 400-500 gr.
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Filling:
Minced meat: 300 gr.
Onion: 2 pcs.
Water: 30 ml.
Salt, pepper and cumin to taste
Add eggs, salt and margarine to the water and knead the dough. (the dough should be steep)
When the dough has rested, roll it into a ball, sprinkle with flour and let it rest again.
We can do this by rolling out our dough and adding minced meat. And we can pour frying oil into a saucepan, heat it up and cook our pasties.
