Necessary products:

Milk: 250 ml.
Yeasts: 10 gr.
Vegetable oil: 30 ml.
Appetito Margarine Classic 60%: 60 gr.
Sugar: 70 gr.
Flour: 650-700 gr.

Filling:

Walnuts: 200 gr.
Sugar: 50 gr.
1 egg to grease a bun


Mix sugar and yeast with salt in warm milk and let rise for 10 minutes. When it rises, add margarine and vegetable oil to the dough. Wait half an hour.
Roll out the risen dough and cut into 15x15 squares. We can make a bun by pouring the dough on top. We will increase it by 10 minutes. Put an egg on top of the pan and bake at 180 ° C until it turns brown.
